My Art

Colors...colors...and colors! I love to do art during my free time; though, I am very much an amateur artist! During my travels, I always bring my sketch book with me to draw some of my favorite landscapes and views! When I return home, I may then take my sketch and turn it into an oil painting, watercolor, or even a printmaking. This allows me to creatively store my travel memories on canvases and papers aside from digital photos.

Italy

This is my favorite setting from Spannocchia, Italy! I did a few sketches of this balcony in addition to an oil painting and a printmaking. On the last slide is a bonus printmaking of me and my cello since I was inspired by the music camp in Italy

Switzerland

For me, the most iconic scene from Switzerland was Mountain Matterhorn in Zermatt! For this, I did an oil painting and then a watercolor painting.

Cuba

Riding in these pink vintage cars during sunset was an astonishing sight! I drew a quick sketch of these cars and then did a watercolor painting.

Turkey

I was inspired after visiting The Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque in Istanbul! I did a quick sketch and then did an oil painting when I returned home.

Israel

Just an hour drive outside of Jerusalem is the Dead Sea where I was able to float in while enjoying the scenery of blue colors and mountains. Here is a watercolor of the Dead Sea!

New York

What better way to get festive for the holidays than to go to the big city? Here is a quick watercolor painting, capturing the Christmas spirit at the Rockefeller Center!

Hawaii

In Hawaii, I was presented with a bunch of colorful and beautiful flowers! Here, I decided to change things up a bit and do my own embroidery.  I also did a color pencil drawing of a hibiscus.
